SELKIRK 2nds travelled to Kirkcaldy to play the
bottom-of-the-table team, looking to get back on winning ways after the disappointment of their loss to Aberdeen
two weeks previous.
Selkirk started strongly and were soon on the scoreboard with a try by Michael Waldron, converted by Darren Scott.
Tries came at regular intervals by Ruarhi Wilson, Waldron, Matt Robertson, one of which was converted by Scott,
making the half-time score 24-0 for the Souters.
The second half was more of the same from the Selkirk team, scoring another four unanswered tries through Calvin
Henderson, Ewan Macdougall, Rory Banks, and Callum McColm, three being converted by Scott
Selkirk's strong forward play had a lot to do with the victory, putting in the hard yards and dominating all aspects
of the forward struggle. Best for Selkirk were John Everitt, Waldron, Michael Davies, Banks and Connor Ward.
